Littleneck Hospitality is a Providence-based restaurant group built on the belief that hospitality starts with how you treat your people. What began in 2020 with the opening of Pizza Marvin—launched simply to keep a team working, paid fairly, and grounded during the pandemic—has grown into a long-term vision for building thoughtful, transparent, and community-driven businesses. We believe great operators are developed, not hired, and that financial transparency and shared knowledge are essential to creating sustainable, equitable workplaces. Our restaurants are deeply connected to the communities they serve through partnerships with organizations like Farm Fresh Rhode Island and Save The Bay, and through initiatives that reinvest directly back into our city. In 2025, that philosophy expanded with the opening of Club Frills, a bar rooted in warmth, technical rigor, and genuine care.
